Our Home & School Club relies on the time, energy, and heart of our volunteer community. Every event, program, and initiative we offer is powered by families who step in—whether that’s for a single hour or throughout the year. Your involvement directly supports our students, strengthens our school culture, and helps create the experiences our kids will remember for years to come.
You don’t need special experience to make a difference. From helping at an event, assisting a teacher, joining a committee, or simply pitching in where hands are needed, there’s a place for everyone. And if you do have a specific skillset, talent, or passion—design, carpentry, baking, organizing, fundraising, planning, communications—we’d love to put it to great use.
Volunteering isn’t just about getting things done; it’s about connection. It’s a chance to meet other families, build friendships, and feel more engaged with the school your child loves. Kids also notice when their grownups show up—it helps them feel supported, proud, and part of something bigger.
Whether you have a little time or a lot, your contribution truly matters. Every hour volunteered lightens the load, fuels our programs, and helps ensure that Santa Cruz Gardens remains a vibrant, inclusive, and thriving community for all.
We’re grateful for every parent, guardian, teacher, and caregiver who gives their time. Thank you for helping make SCG a place where students can learn, grow, and shine.
